Since its inception in 2015, Franclo has advised various capital sources in deploying over € 2 billion across Europe and Korea. Until 2019, Franclo served as the exclusive advisor to L'Etoile Properties (now Sienna Real Estate), a leading French investment Manager, facilitating their acquisitions throuout Europe. Since then, Franclo has operated independently, without exclusive representation of specific investors, asset managerrs, or agnecies. Franclo's core strength lies in its direct relationship with a diverse range of investors for outbound acquisitions, as well as its extensive network of local investment managers and agencies for inbound investments.

The Key person, Sungchul Shin, brings over 25 years of experience in real estate investment and finance. He has successfully raised and managed global capital in the double-digit billion-dollar range, navigating a comples cross-border investment landscape on a project basis. His professional background includes partnership at L'Etoile Properties and manaing director at Koramco REIT's. Previously, he has held investment head position at Woori, KB and Hana Investment Management. Mr. Shin holds an LL.M. and completed SJD coursework at the School of Law, Southen Menthodist University, Dallas, TX, USA.
